Il Puglia Chardonnay dei Marchesi Antinori nasce nei vigneti dell'azienda agricola Tormaresca, di propriet\u00e0 della famiglia Antinori e situati nei territori del Salento e della Murgia barese.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c8 prodotto esclusivamente con uve Chardonnay, pigiate sofficemente per ottenere il mosto, il quale viene raffreddato e mantenuto alla temperatura di 10°C per 24 ore, al fine di ottenere una decantazione naturale. Il mosto cos\u00ec chiarificato fermenta, con lieviti selezionati, in serbatoi di acciaio inox termocondizionati alla temperatura controllata di 16°C, per esaltare il patrimonio aromatico del vitigno. Successivamente il vino affina per in acciaio fino all'imbottigliamento.<\/p>\n

NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE<\/strong>
\nPresenta un colore giallo paglierino, con riflessi verdolini molto lucenti. Il bouquet si apre con note fresche di fiori d'arancio e piacevoli sfumature di timo, rosa e lavanda. Al palato risulta molto fresco e minerale, con un delicato retrogusto sapido e fruttato. Nel complesso \u00e8 un vino ben equilibrato, con un giusto bilanciamento tra acidit\u00e0 e morbidezza.<\/span><\/p>\n

Perfetto per accompagnare piatti a base di carni bianche, pesce, anche alla griglia, e crostacei, questo vino \u00e8 ideale in abbinamento a risotti e portate a base di verdura.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
